四年一届的世界杯注定是一场盛宴。球迷能连续看到多场精彩比赛，非球迷（多数为女性）可以看到不少帅哥。当然，还有看热闹的，可以评论一下哪个队的球衣好看，哪个队的难看。
The World Cup uniforms will provide a carnival of color and fashion, from Brazil's bright yellow jerseys to the Netherlands' classic orange to Croatia's red checkered home kit and the superhero-inspired looks of Mexico.
世界杯球队队服将是一场颜色与时尚的盛宴，从巴西的鲜黄色球衣到荷兰经典的橙色，还有克罗地亚红色方格的主场球衣以及墨西哥超级英雄式的队服。
“足球球衣”既可以是soccer jersey，也可以是football shirt或football kit，前者为美式英语，后者英式表达；在美国，football shirt指“橄榄球球衣”。
在比赛的时候，球队如果是客场作战（road game/away game），穿的球衣就是客场球衣（road jersey/away jersey），如果是主场作战（home game）就穿主场球衣（home jersey）。
